Sometimes it’s hard to find things to cook and eat, especially when on a cleanse. We have curated a mildly simple meal plan set with a grocery list (shared Friday morning). Now, everyone’s taste buds are a little different so in addition to this meal plan we are sharing some resources where you can find the meals that suit your taste buds.
@sophia_roe if you love mushrooms (or not sure that you love them yet) check out Sophia. She has amazing recipes that aren’t too dense and they’re all on her IG in the form of reels. Easy to follow along and full of flavor.
@jensplantbase a Carribean gal with food full of flavor! She takes many traditional Jamaican meals and adds a plant based spin on them. Simple and not too many steps or time, because who has all day to be in the kitchen!
Minimalist Baker a favorite and a go-to. The ease of the website is a God send. You’re able to filter on ALL of the guidelines for the cleanse (no added sugar, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegan, and no alcohol of course). Best part about this site... you can also filter on meals that take less than 30 minutes and/or meals with LESS than 10 ingredients... WOW!

Why the name? I really am always changing a recipe and just seasoning as I go, but this will be a little more structured for those of you that aren't really that keen on the kitchen and cooking! Don't worry, I don't like to be in the kitchen all day either so these are pretty sweet and simple. - Gab
BREAKFAST - Chia Seed Pudding with Blueberries and Cacao Nibs
SNACK - Cucumbers, Kiwis, and Green Apples topped with lemon juice
LUNCH - Tacoooooosssss (butternut squash with pickled jalapeños and red onions)
SNACK - Protein Shake (be careful here, you will want to find plain pea protein no added sugar). Don't trip we are going to spruce this up so it tastes like Red Velvet Cake!
DINNER - Rosemary and Whole Mustard Roasted Potatoes with a Green Sauce & Oyster Mushrooms
