If you aren't following along with the meal plan, you can always craft your own. Here are some lists of foods that are acceptable on the cleanse and food that you can get your protein in and some nice substitutes for Dairy!

What Can I Drink?
We know the cleanse omits caffeine, be careful with teas - a lot of them have caffeine! We have listed some ideas of what you can drink below. If you are a coffee drinker and need the taste (see that, NEED, an attachment, but we digress) you can try TeeCino - they have Herbal Coffee and Herbal Tea that most of the time fit the cleanse (check the caffeine content)!

Water and lots of it!
Herbal Tea (no sugar, no honey, none of that)
Plant Based Protein (this means no whey)
Fresh Juice

Infused Water (lemon, lime, mint, etc)
