It's an earthly paradise of purity, happiness, & acceptance.
We use our breath to make sense of the mess.

Still dynamic, just a step back. A little slower, guided, more descriptive, PERFECT for the beginner & the experienced.
Working to strengthen the connection with breath and movement, body and mind, and awakening your consciousness. For 60 minutes you give yourself all that you have, connect with yourself on a mental level, AND challenge yourself physically with the help of the hottest music out.
A dynamic vinyasa class. Heat is up, bass bumping, heart thumping, flowing to the hottest HipHop and Trap music out.

#SOULIT is a slower Vinyasa class, slightly heated. This is a slower class, perfect the beginner, the advanced, and all in between.
This class is focused on proper foundation, alignment, and build confidence within movement. You will work with a victorious breath inspiring movement and focus of the mind. This class is slow but expect to sweat, work hard, breathe deeply, and surrender yourself to your mat.
Sometimes you need to take a step back, take it slower, and work on the foundation.
Hustle - making something out of everything, no matter what it is.
Flow - state of mind where one does not worry about time, money, or material possessions, but instead decides to relax and enjoy life as it comes.
Making everything out of something on your mat, and taking a step to clear our busy minds and enjoy our bodies in the present moment.
Enjoy a 60 minute class. Temperature is pleasant, playlist amazing, twist away the toxins, breathe in positivity, make the best of the present, and accept yourself as you are.
We move a lot. It's not often that we and our minds are still. Enjoy a 60 minute restorative practice.
Holding stretches for 3-5 minutes getting deeper into the connective tissues. Take time to strengthen the ability to control your mind.
Don't expect a workout, expect to connect and to feel good.
