AFRO Yoga with Kenna

My name is Kenna and Yoga and Dance have saved my life several times.  Only by being fully embodied and using my breath have I been able to learn to be present and flexible and start living a life that I love. 612Jungle's YTT was immensely important in finding a place and a community of diverse yogis to practice with.  I am so honored to be a part of the 612Jungle teaching staff so that I can share what I have learned with others.  Being an educator is a huge part of who I am. In the words of Fred Hampton "I am a revolutionary!" I would love to offer my class "Afro/Yoga" for the 612Jungle community as a part of an effort to build across communities and form a true Rainbow Coalition of folks dedicated to making change within ourselves first.
