About the event
A workshop for complete newbies and seasoned practitioners alike.
During this session we will dig deep into Meditation and Yin Yoga!
Gabrielle & Kirsten will guide you through a 2 hour class to get into meditation and what Yin Yoga is. Admission includes 1 free class at The 612 Jungle ($12 value).
Class will meet February 9th from 2-4pm!
