Your body is a masterpiece. Practice the art of Yoga paired with the art of Painting! Join Kirsten (@kirstendehaven) for an hour long slow vinyasa/restorative class, followed by an hour of guided painting with Artist Shaina McCoy (@wallflowermccoy).
