Join Gabrielle for our SOULIT - Slow Vinyasa Class.

This class is typically done with your eyes closed - but that's an option! This is our slow vinyasa. Sometimes it's necessary to slow down and FEEL.

Please bring your mat, water, and a mask. Your mask will need to be worn prior to class and directly after class.
