Join Nicholl for a TRAPPINlite class at the Target Field Station.

This is our beginners vinyasa. Beginner's doesn't always mean easy. You will be guided through and understand how to get into the different Asana's.

Please bring your mat, water, and a mask. Your mask will need to be worn prior to class and directly after class.
