Embrace the changing seasons with our FREE Yin Yoga September Series: COZY. Â
Class will take place outdoors at Theodore Wirth Regional Park.  Class will take place near the corner of Glenwood and Theodore Wirth Parkway.  It is  located right near Theodore Wirth Beach, which has bathrooms, a parking lot, and beautiful views of the lake. Â
Please bring your mat and anything you need to feel COZY. Â Â Let the practice of yin guide you as you connect with nature and prepare for the upcoming shift in seasons.Â
