Join Gabrielle Roberts for 5 days of yoga, adventure, and the beautiful jungle in Puerto Viejo de Talamanca, Costa Rica. This will be a truly unforgettable experience with people from all over the world.
The Jungle Dreams Retreat 2023 will take place in the tropical jungle of Costa Rica's southern Caribbean coast and will be hosted by Gabrielle Roberts.
This retreat is an ideal place to disconnect from daily responsibilities and focus on personal wellness. There will be a day to completely unplug and disconnect from all things, really focusing on you.
There is no yoga experience needed to attend. Over these 5 days we will explore various styles of practice.

It can be a bit lengthy to get to San Jose. When booking flights please account for 4-5 hours of travel time back to San Jose from Puerto Viejo when booking your flight home. If you book a flight for May 1 return early in the day I will set up your transportation but that may require you leaving Sunday late afternoon - if that is the case I will cover your accommodation the night of April 30 in San Jose.

Accommodation in SJO night of April 25 + May 1 is not included in the retreat price. Studio Hotel is very nice and about $90 for a double.
Flights into and out of San Jose can be a little lengthy. Make the most of your layover!

Yoga Teacher, 612 Jungle Owner
Gabrielle loves the jungle, animals, and has a tremendous appreciation for nature and life. She is the owner of 612 Jungle and The Jungle Yoga School.
She completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2016, and since has completed an additional 200 hours in 2018. After going through Teacher Training, she set out to make yoga accessible, relatable, and empowering for EVERYone through 612 Jungle and education.
Gabrielle enjoys teaching vinyasa, specifically hot vinyasa, but has since developed a true appreciation for guided flows. She teaches in a way that is approachable for all, regardless your skill level. She specializes in yin, vinyasa, beginners, and teaches in a light hearted way.
The Sonora Carribean Jungle is located in Playa Negra, a very beautiful beach, much less crowded than others that we can find in the Costa Rican Caribbean, surrounded by powerful nature that gradually turns into jungle, embraced by hundred-year-old trees, colorful flowers and the sound of animals. In a land divided by a stream, a beautiful place and with the comfort of staying in a place surrounded by the silence of the jungle for a relaxing vacation.
It was created by Italian designers, elegant interior decorations, the use of fine linen and cotton fabrics in soft colors and warm touches of Caribbean wood. The food served is made by select organic raw materials from the area, additionally, the chef works with local eco-sustainable companies and the search for tasty and healthy dishes and ingredients.
All rooms are equipped with A/C, a fan, private restroom, hot water, a safe, and there is wifi access on the premises. The property also has a swimming pool and a yoga shala for all classes.
