You must cancel your class AT LEAST 4 hours before the start of your class. If you are unable to login, please email us at There are no exceptions. If your class is cancelled 4 hours before the start of your class you will receive a class credit. Refunds are not given unless a class cancellation occurs on our end and you would prefer a refund as opposed to a class credit.
