STUDIO or VIRTUAL? If you make the wrong selection you can log in as a member and update your reservation at anytime.

STUDIO CLASSES|  Mats in the studio are pre-set and pre-spaced for distance.  Arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts.  There are NO exceptions to our cancellation policy.  The door will be locked 5 minutes after class, please arrive on time.

VIRTUAL CLASSES| Please be sure that you are entering the correct email address, that is where your link for class access will be sent.  If you select a virtual class, but would like to join in studio you MUST cancel and rebook the studio session.
