Welcome to jungle dreams 3.0 in Puerto Viejo De Talamanca, Costa Rica.  I am so grateful that our paths have crossed and you are interested in dreaming in the jungle.  This retreat is a time for you to disconnect from what you need to and journey back home to YOU.  Creating 612 Jungle was a dream come true and it feels truly aligned to bring the jungle to the jungle.

This is the 3rd retreat that I have led in Costa Rica.  Finding Puerto Viejo De Talamanca was very organic.  A friend of mine and prior teacher at the Jungle visited this carribean coastal town and sent me a message that she felt like "this place reminded her of me and the jungle". She shared she thought it would be such an amazing place to host a retreat.  I did my research on this town and went out on a limb to fully book the most beautiful property nestled in the jungle in Puerto Viejo De Talamanca.

Ever since I attended my first yoga retreat I have had my heart set on holding space and hosting individuals with the hopes that they would be able to experience internally what I did then and so much more. I am extremely grateful to have led 2 successful retreats and am so excited for the 3rd.  Annually, jungle dreams will take place in Puerto Viejo De Talamanca.  Everytime I visit I feel like I am coming home and I can not wait to share this with you.

My goal with this retreat is that you give yourself the opportunity to disconnect and reconnect within.  This retreat is for all levels of yoga, in fact you are not required to have a practice at all.  We will journey through different practices, each bringing out something different for you. Each year each group remains so close knit and I think it's one of the most beautiful things about jungle dreams - it truly feels like a family.
