SEEDS is a 1:1 mentorship designed to help emerging teachers grow with intention. Over six weeks, you’ll work directly with a mentor to refine your sequencing, strengthen your cueing, build class plans, and develop your teaching voice. From hands-on assists to thoughtful class design, SEEDS gives you the tools and support to lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
